Adam Carter is an American cellist, a lecturer and member of Rivanna String Quartet at the University of Virginia, founding member of Tarab Cello Ensemble, and the principal cellist of the Charlottesville Symphony Orchestra. He grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and attended the North Carolin
