Propaganda are a German synthpop band formed in Düsseldorf in 1982. The band has the legacy of two classic albums it recorded for British labels: ZTT Records and Virgin Records respectively. They released the critically acclaimed album A Secret Wish in 1985 and gained a few European Top 5 single releases. The album "1234" followed in 1990 with a slightly different line-up.
