Rafał "Oer" Skiba started his adventure with music in 1997. He finished sound engineering on Wolverhampton University in UK. He is the initiator and Co-Founder of B.O.K (BiszOerKay&DJ Paulo) group from city of Bydgoszcz and owner of music studio (21 Music Studio).
