Originally one of the first Punk bands in the Netherlands who started under the name the Gods. Upon their first 45 release, Cigarettes and booze b/w Why Don't you dance with me, the name changed in The Heartbeat in 1979.
In 1982 the 45 Here they come was released as Heartbeat, a Hennie Vrienten/Er
